Bubble buckets....
Actually you're burning them, not deficient. So it probably is a case of nutrient lock. You could try to flush the water for a few days then slowly bring your nutes back up and the plant will do just fine.
Don't worry about anything long term, this plant will not be effected and will be a good producer once it recovers.
