It really doesn't look like anything to be worried about. There is a bit of discoloration on the middle tip, but I'm too much of a n00b to tell what it could be at such an early stage if its anything at all. I'd say keep an eye on it and see what happens and if it seems to progress, post more pics. Its possible that it could be some kind of natural defect in the leaf. The rest of the leaves look healthy so I really doubt that you have anything major to worry about.

Actually, with a Nitrogen deficiency you'll usually see the yellowing in the older leaves first, while new growth will remain green. If you haven't been supplementing with N yet, you probably will soon, or the problem may worsen. Don't worry, there's plenty of quality high-Nitrogen fertilizers on the market for you to choose from.

Plant's looking nice and healthy so far, keep it up!

Looks like the very earliest signs of a Mg or possibly Fe deficiency.
What is your soil runoff pH, what fert are you using, how good is your soil/.pot drainage, and how often do you water?
Just pics aren't enough to do a proper troubleshoot. That's why there is a form at the top of the section to fill out....
