I have been a heavy smoker for the past 5 1/2 years. The last 4 years I would smoke an average of 3-4 blunts a day. And I was getting worried I was addicted because I tried to quit on numerous occasions. I finally took my last final of my college career on Dec 20th so I decided to stop then. I last until Jan 24th because I was told I had a job and was 95% sure I was going to get it...3 days later they went in a different direction. So I gave up and took 6 hits off of a blunt. Worst decision I made... It was not worth the hour of guilty high i got for the 30+ days I went sober. So Just last Friday I took a drug test (for a ob better than the 1st one I was promised) I was nervous it being 28 days being from when I took those 6 hits and I passed.....

What I did to get the negative result...

Stopped from Dec 20th - Jan 24th

Between those times I took a 7 day full body cleanse. Other than that I joined a gym (needed something to do since I wasnt getting high) I drank enough cranberry juice that I will never drink it again. And I drank a lot of green tea.

Since the 24th.. I continued to work out until the week before my test. I didn't drink as much cranberry but i upper my water and green tea intake.

The morning before my test I passed a walgreens take home test (very faint line) and I drank a cup of green tea...big bottle of gatarade (lime) and bottle and half of water. What I ate...crackers and cape cod chips...

I dunno if anyone read all of this but I felt i owed the board a very detailed account since for the past 2 months I have been freaking out asking questions.

I just wanna thank EVERYONE who helped me out in the past weeks answering my frantic questions

Great news. I know the feeling when I passed. Congrats. Unbelievable stress leading up to the test. I will not go through that again, 84 days clean.
