Well, he poured the sample into a smaller cup, wrapped it in a bag, and threw it in a plastic bin. With a bunch of similar looking bags. On the front of the bin, it was written in marker, "room temp samples". Again though, the temp on the cup was about 93 degrees.

EDIT: And yes, I read the sticky. I followed all the advice perfectly. My sample temp was just a little low for some reason.

EDIT 2: Also, I want to specify, he didn't say anything about the sample. He was a friendly guy and pretty laid back. He didn't ask me to empty my pockets or anything, and I helped put one of those big water containers on for him.

Would he have said something if something seemed off?

The other problem with the temp is that I didn't stay in the bathroom very long since I was worried the temp would drop further. I don't know if it was believable that the temperature dropped to 93 so quickly.
