this kind of reminds me of the bomb that the military was researching. The gay bomb, it would turn the enemy so horny that they would have sex with their other soldiers, hence the gay bomb. So it'd be like that same concept but the enemy would like the feeling and not have sex with their comanding officer. I think you have to expalin what "Hemp Gas" is. Because from the responses you are getting, you are either talking about cheap fuel for your car or some kind of homsexual psychedelic freak-out chemical bomb.
