Detopnate a bomb of weed vapors over a city, everyone becomes couchlock stoned, no one does anything, and the place comes to a standstill --- it's a Weapon of Mass Disfunction.

This thread is just wandering all over the place, like someone blew up a weed bomb or something, but you were originally talking about using weed to make gasoline for fuel, right? How does that work and why would it be cheap? I know that researchers are working on making enzymes for turing cellulose into ethanol. That process would work for wood chips, corn stalks, switchgrass, hemp fiber or anything else made out of cellulose, but so far it isn't cheap at all. Is that what you are asking about? Or is it something else?
