Regeneration for 2nd harvest

Hi, for the indoor grower under HID lights - Scrog technique, is it worth it after the harvest to use the Regeneration technique, or start over from clones?

Would I save a lot of time, and would the yields be the close to the 1st harvest. Any other pros or cons?

- Severe stress which depending on strength of genetics and how much stress the plant has encountered already can hermaphrodite the plant.
- Time. It takes at least 2 weeks for the plant to recover from a severe pruning/initial harvest..
Is this time you want to spend on the plants?

The 2nd yield won't be the same as the 1st yield.

Clone if you can.. it's potentially more productive than re-vegging/double harvesting.
