Fourth of July Crop
Yesterday I transplanted them in to the first full node, so they appear a little "slammed".
This photo was taken at "sunrise" (18-6). I expect them all to look a little more vibrant later on.

Fourth of July Crop
I glommed a quartz heater from my mom in law yesterday as I had been concerned with low temps especially at night. After setting it up and testing it out (it really works great, has Hi-Low settings and a thermostat) I decided that I might not need it unless we get another cold snap. With the lighting transformer near the plants the "lights on" temp was 80ºF yesterday. Perfect.
Today I used paper clips and rubber bands to LST the plants. I also fed them with Neptune Fish/Kelp fertilizer.
I'll post photos Friday.

Fourth of July Crop
They seem like they shrunk when I LSTed them. Also I've got some older leaves going chlorotic (yellowing). Actually it seems that the growth spurt slowed to a stop when I added the MH lighting. Hmmm.
Anyway, here's a couple of photos, four weeks old.

Shov, that yellowing moving up the plant or strictly confined to the bottom set of leaves?

Fourth of July Crop
If the plants were still upright the taller ones would be 8" tall. The nodes are very close together!
The yellow leaves are only on a couple of plants and on the lower leaves. I'll be watching if the plant starts to yellow more. I think the plants are not as deep green as usual. This morning I watered them all with a low dose of BC Boost and Superthrive. I'll keep an eye on em.
I don't think the plants are too wet but if the continue to yellow I'll wait a while to water again.
Any other thoughts?

Shov,
That yellow concerns me!
If you have good draining soil I would definetly do a flush just to be safe. They Deffinetly do not look over watered more like nute or high ph burn to me.

I will check soil ph later this morning. I'll watch them closely for another day before I flush.

The PH is stable at 6.0
I looked at the plants and decided to flush 'em. A dirty job in my set up. So, I untied or pulled up the LST, run a hose through the buckets for 5-10 minutes each. I did discover that two of the pails had no drain holes. Good catch! I rinsed off the leaves, best I could and after the leaves dried I put the MH lamp back on.
If I set the grow back a week that's better than a weak crop. I hope dem lively up soon! :rasta:
