I have heard a few different opinions on when you should use root stimulator...
Do you use it as soon as the seedlings start to shoot up?

I've used the root stimulator to water in a plant when you transplant into the garden or transplant indoors.
The earliest I've used full strength organic fertilizer is at three weeks.
I usually use a 25-50% application of organic ferts at two weeks.
This time I thought that I'd try Superthrive (vitamins-mineral suppliment) and a light dosage of the root stimulator. Definately an experiment, and I sure hope I don't fuck up. :smokin:

I ordered a new 400W HPS system today. My previous grow logs have used T5HO and T8 flourescents. I figure I'll continue to use the four 4' lamp fixture with T5HO 3000K lamps for supplimental lighting during the flowering stage.

Yup, more better light, more, better yeild.
I checked the soil PH yesterday and it was slightly acidic at 6.0. Pretty good, yes?
As the temperature with the six flourescent lamps went to 82-84º I started up the fan, which will also strengthen the stems.
I gave the plants their first dose of BC Tech nutes today (Boost, Grow, Red Thrive Alive).
I've got to gather up some medium sized pots. I plan on transplanting twice, first into the medium pots and 1-2 weeks before 12-12 I'll transplant into the large pots (some 3 gal, and some 5 or 6 gal).

I think these plants are looking great for being only into their third week! I fed again today with BC nutes and foliage feed with Thrive Alive Green.

...the plants. Set up a new 400 Watt MH with side lighting from a four lamp 4' T5HO flourescent. I set the MH at two feet over the plants, to start. The dozen pots took up roughly a 4' x 4' area. I set up a fan, thermostat and mylar relector sheets.
The dozen plants were transplanted into 3 gallon pots and watered in with 10-30-10.
Ill get some photos tomorrow, when the plants get a chance to "settle in some".
