I was thinking about getting a new light...

For my old but like new Compact fluorescent light base.
first pic is of what I have now.
2ed pic is the kind of light I used to have in it.

I got this at a hydro store around 4 years ago and havent used it since then because I couldn't afford a new light for it.

and I was thinking of getting a new light for it becuz I might have some garden money soon.

My qustion is would this kind of light flower my plants any better than useing 7 clfs each 23 watts and
1 floro light 20 watts to flower my plants?
