By chance I just got back from there myself....

No - you can only smoke n the coffee shops and the privacy of your own home. There is also a strict age limit to get into the coffeeshops (not Cafe or Bar, but coffeeshop ) and they will stop you if they thnk you are underage.
We were sat in.....uhh well the name escapes me, but its near the Soupkitchen, nd some somewhat shifty fellas got asked to produce some id or get out.

Anyway, nice place. And the guys that sells pizzaa, waffles, pastries etc; they know your stoned, so just go with it.
