I like the cell phone tip... I've used it on many occasion. Nobody wants to come up and ask what you are doing parked there when you are obviously aggrevated and yelling at a small electronic device. Haha. I was also a big fan of the "huge overnight parking lot" system, while in high school. With cameras nowadays though, that is tricky. I have moved on from smoking in vehicles, and after reading a few replies before this, I am done for sure. Didn't think about if someone hit you, or you honestly accidentally hit someone, it is D.U.I. and a greater charge. Yikes! I was a stupid kid. Especially now that I have my own place, it is a no brainer. As for smoking in public, in cities it is really easy. Just as long as you don't have 10 people in a circle all coughing their brains out. One or two people on a bench, looking as though sharing a cigarette works... but I find it impossible to not feel like "I'm doing something wrong and THEY are watching me." Haha Paranoid? I am planning an experiment in my small town. I want to get a (new) multiple hose hookah and sit outside of a local coffeeshop smoking tobacco with a few people and videotape to see how long before we got arrested. Honestly, in my town... we WOULD be arrested, questioned... then they would probably think to test the bowl and see that it's legal smokables, and let us go. Damn... I forgot what the question I'm responding to was.... :rasta:
