The bulbs I bought came from sunleaves. I have one 125 watt cfl that is 6500k or a blue spectrum and I have two that are 2700k or a red spectrum. I used one blue and one red for vegging and I switched to two red for flowering. In my opinion they worked really well for what I set out to accomplish, but that was only one plant in pretty small quarters. Depending on how big of an area you have you may want to opt for the HID, many will say it produces better more dense buds and I will not argue that point. The reason I used the cfl's is because they have a built in ballast which means less noise and alot more free space for everything that went into the closet. I am not going to say to go out and buy any particular light because I am not that guy! I think you should buy a light that will suit your needs and that you can keep the heat in the room controlled.
