this little girl is about 18 days old from sprout under 200 watts of cfl power and two 2 tubes 4ft florecent lights i hve been freakin out cause its the only fem seed i had anyone please help

It's time to move that plant into a bigger pot, I'm sure that it's gotta be rootbound. If the yellowing increases, especially on the older growth first, then feed with a Nitrogen rich fertilizer... but transplant first, then worry about more nutes if it doesn't clear up. Looks like your soil's been keeping things nice and healthy so far.

Looks healthy. Pale striping appears to be variegation rather than a deficiency; the second pic of the damage is much to blurry to be of any use though.

It's planted too deep in the pot. It's ready for a transplant too. Next time, the level of the soil should be almost even with teh edge of the container.

Also, your soil may be too wet- I don't see enough perlite in there. Good drainage is important.
