Much as I'd love yet another democratic conspiracy theory, 'fishy' isn't the first thing I thought of, as I'm guessing the officer could have used a grassy knoll at that point.
I do have to admit, however...I can see where having to escort Hillary to and from her campaign stops would make me want to drive my motorcycle into a concrete barrier, too.
