Since my veg closet is powered by a 400w MH, I had a problem with too much light 'burning' my rooting clones. Started using a rubbermaid-type of storage container, with an almost opaque lid as shown in link below. Works great.

Pix below is with the 1 gallon pots, and one 2 cup pot. When using those little 2 cup pots, I can fit 12 clones, and either leave lid 'cracked', or close the lid with plenty of headroom for the clones. No longer need to use gravel in the individual pots, too. (at least not till transplanted to the 3 or 5 gallon pots)
