SAP 5-50 w/nit....KILLER/FAKEBOOBS YOU AROUND???

I just received my form for the drug test, I can go in anytime I want. I heard the NIT checks for nitrates and dilution...

I have drank a tea/water and gatorade along with b12 vitamins (6 500 mcg)

Will I fail because of the NIT? Should I take the test today or put it off til Sat(if they are open) or Monday

I owe everyone huge for this

also my roommate takes creatine to work out with should i take some creatine?

To help overcome the problem with NIT, its suggested to eat 3-4 rolaids and drink some salty (very salty) water during the dilution process about the same time you take the vitamin B-2.

As far as the creatine, you should start taking that 2-3 days before test OR eat LOTS of red meat during that time. It takes at least 24 hours to process your body to the urine.

KNOTME I highly:rastasmoke: appreciate your input... sadly I did not receive the info before I took the test.

I should hear by early next week whether or not I passed...

I will make a new topic and go into great detail on exactly what I did so I can assist future takers...
