Your pot is too small for your... um... pot.
You should put your pot in a bigger pot. It looks root-bound.
Miracle gro is like feeding cheezypoofs to a baby. The baby might eat them, but it's not exactly ideal nutrition.

No no, leave the leaves on the pot, but put the pot in a bigger pot.
That plant looks almost a foot tall and needs at least a gallon pot. Plastic this time, and no built-in drip tray. Basically, buy the CHEAPEST plastic 1-3 gallon pot you can find, or better yet, use on of those crappy black nursery pots that non-pot plants come in. Those are very good because the drain holes are so large and the plastic is slippery, which will come in handy when you re-pot, as you will soon discover, trying to repot out of terra cotta!

Should I flush it out with just water?

You should check the runoff pH as a matter of course, but if the pH is correct, there does not seem to be any reason to flush.

awsome! MG is a decent product, as is Shultz, but using higher quality ORGANIC fertilizers will make your plant much happier, and so will you be at harvest

The reason that I would prefer Shultz or Jacks Classic over MG is that the range of products that both companies make is very good, if you can find a shop that stocks them. What you want to do is look up the NPK ratios for popular cannabis fertilizers and find a product that closely replicates these. You can flower with shultz bloom plus, but be prepared to flush at the first sign of salt buildup, and add extra perlite to the soil to facilitate this.
But... do yourself a favor and get a 'good' fert!
