One would think then .... that you have the options to decline a drug test. Since you haven't been found guilty of anything. Although once you deny a request for a drug test ... the judge might take that into consideration if/when it goes to court.

You'll have to check local laws ... a lawyer would be a nice resource.

I just can't see them being able to FORCE you to a drug test without first finding you guilty ... unless you settle "out of court". (which might be why you see a PO first *shrug*)

So a wile back when i was still 17 i was arrested for underage drinking in NJ. when i was cought my boy was cought with an 1/8th of weed. We thought that we had gotten off because after a long time nothing came in the mail. Fast forward to last week when i get a letter in the mail telling me that i have to appear in front of a probation officer(NOT a judge) I was wondering can they drug test me? im most likely going to pass but there is a possibility that i may not ill have been clean for two Rating: 5
