So Picture 1 & 2 is my good plants (2 in the bucket, 3 is my midget abused plant and 3 and 4 is why I posted)

I see peoples plants and they get super fat colas, and the bud sort of spiral up the branch? Is my bud going to plump up some and fill in on the branches that have the little buds growing now or is the plant going to grow up and out?
