if you are using RO water you definitely need to add CalMag to replace lost minerals etc that are normally in your tap water.

Without photos its very hard to tell you whats going on. Do you check your ph twice a day so you are positive it's staying at an acceptable level.

Your light is a what exactly? 124watt flouro? Sorry I'm not as familiar with different types of lighting as the Stinkster......I'm sure she'll know better if that's enough light so I'll leave that one to her.

Can you define what your "perfect" temps are? All info is helpful.
