Dear Hatch:

Just love this thread, both the pictures of your actual work, as well as the excellent drawings / doodles of your planning...

In some ways, you're doing it almost exactly like I'd /like/ to be doing it... though I am a Med.MJ person up here, and they restrict the plant quantity that I can legally work with, so I am looking into strategies to maximize the yield from each plant, even though it may be adding to my grow time.

I'm currently running my first grow, with six of my eight first Purple Kush clones in dirt, two of them in experimental cheapie hydro setups, and four seedlings in hydro or hydro-dirt hybrids. Would love it if you got a chance to look it over (still updating it to bring it up to date...), as well as if you had a chance to look over my building thread (always good to hear from another carpenter such as yerself!).

Your sense of southern hospitality is great, as well! You're one of the most friendly and genuinely helpful people I've run into on this excellent set of forums! I spent some time in Texas a while ago, and as an ex-patriate Albertan (now living in our version of NY), I gotta say that you do yer state proud, and I'd love to visit you sometime, or to extend an invite to ya if you're ever in /my/ neck o' the woods!

Keep up the great work! (I can't stare at yer trich pix too long without getting stoned from just /looking/ at 'em)
