i was arrested for dragging a police officer 30 feet in front of my brother's middle school...

which is what she said, the clutch in my car jumped and i got arrested for aggravated assault on a police officer... i haven't been charged i have been indited it is still pending.... the officer even had her sister's daughter to come up to the school and fill out a report when she wasn't there... there are other statements just non that prove any thing.... and then all the lil kids that saw it there parents wont let them write out statements...
so i am truly innocent and it happened in a public place and yet i still get fucked...
it just sucks because theres nothing you can do... its your word over theres....

there is a lil bit more back ground to it like the officer not liking my brother (in the usa most schools have cops that work there thats what she did)

but i feel bad for that women that sucks i mean u can look at her and see some one beat her ass you dont fall down like that and get up looking like that

I lost respect for cops a long time ago. I've had quite a few run ins with cops over the years, both on my behalf and because of others. I've known a couple good ones but far more have I ran into the bad ones. But it always gets media coverage of just a few bad apples of the few that actually get air time. Its not. There is something seriously wrong with our police force in this country.

What is even more sickning is they haven't charged the officer with assault.


Let's suppose my wife has black eyes, broken teeth, and is lying in a pool of her own blood when cops arrive. I say, "She fell down when she tried to leave the house." Do the cops: 1. Arrest me or 2. Let me go because, "No one really knows what happened". Cop should be in jail, now.

We need more cops like that, could save all kinds of money, fuck all the bullshit, no arrest, no trial, nothing. If you are involved in a dui/hit and run/then the cops should just get to fuck you up on the spot, I bet there would be alot less DUIs.

The only reason this is a story is because she is a white 20 something, with big boobs. That's it, this ain't a story if I get into a police chase, involved in a hit and run, commit DWI, endanger the lives of innocent people, and then I get fucked up. She did get what she deserved, but yes, that cop should be in jail. But maybe he just wanted to beat an annoying drunk who knows? The temptation would be very hard to resist!:jointsmile:

She was probably tased for trying to escape, i dunno if the guy punched her or whatever, the policy definately needs reviewing, that shouldn't be in accordance of practice. But then again a lot of legislation needs to be reviewed. I think the cop has got away with this, he may even get his job back. Should've called female back up or used pepper spray. The women should've just co-operated to be honest and not have commited DWI and hit and run.

If it weren't for the pictures of the bruises on her face, I'd be a little more inclined to think that maybe it is possible she harmed herself. Is it not possible the cop turned off the camera innocently, although it does look like he put something over it. Maybe he left her alone and being somewhat distressed for having just put someone in hospital for being drunk at the wheel, she tried to take her own life. Maybe she somehow managed to slit her wrists on something.

Otherwise, looks like the cop is a woman beating scum bag and probably deserves to be imprisoned and tortured in a hard labour camp for 10 years.
