Under photoperiod stress, your plant may show strange flowering schedules. You started in October, when nights were already long enough to force flowering. But your plant was not sexually mature yet. Then you brought it inside under a different schedule. Now you are on the flowering schedule, but the plant is acting funky.
You should read up on a basic indoor grow procedure, like the one linked in my sig, or like a grow log. You'll see howyou need to plan your light cycle to make your plants GROW when you want and FLOWER when you want.
