indoor to outdoor to indoor
just wondering if im helping my plants by putting them outside during the veg cycle during the day then back into the light to finish the light time .
is this a no no ?

indoor to outdoor to indoor
Stress is one thing. Photoperiod interruption is another. Introduction of pests into your indoor room is a third. Don't do it.
