We are not law professionals, contact a lawyer! The best we can do is direct you to NORML's site which will show the MJ laws in your state. I've seen a few people direct you to it already so I won't bother with that. But honestly man, i've been in trouble with the law before, lost my license for a year because I didn't get a lawyer and defended myself. Its worth the money TRUST because if you go up there defending yourself you will look like a fool and get the hard shaft of the law .
