Okay so there is calcium in your tap water and you won't need to run calmag- PROBABLY. That isn't Calcium deficiency anyway.

how do you foiler feed?? I bought garden lime (because I thought I had calcuim deficiency (i believe it may have magnesium in it, ) if this isnt good enough can I get a good garden fertalizer at lowes or homedepot because there are no garden stores around here?

Lime isn't fertilizer. You need to use REAL fertilizer on your plants. Especially in hydro, you need HYDROPONIC fertilizer. Foliar feeding means taking a real fertilizer and diluting it with water, and then spraying it lightly on your plants.

Also, what about the roots in the picture above, are they rotting or somthing, because I knwo they arent supposed to be brown?

No, they are supposed to be white.

I'm not trying to be nasty but have you considered the reason that no one was answering your other questions might have something to do with the fact that you don't seem to have done any research? You need fertilizer to grow weed, ESPECIALLY hydroponically.
