When you start to have a deficiency, and especially multiple deficiencies, you should look at your pH as nutrient lockout is suspect. You said yours is 6.2? For your setup, you will want it in the 5.5-6 range.

It looks like you might also have an Mg deficiency. What type of water are you using? distilled? reverse-osmosis? tap?
