hey all,

this is my second indoor grow and hopefully it will be more successful than my first grow which was done in an aerogarden and ended up with a pretty bad mold problem. anyway, this grow is being done in a soiless mix and we are at the beginning of week six. here are all the details:

My soiless mix is 1/3 Peat, 1/3 Perlite, 1/3 Vermiculte with a good handful of dolomite lime mixed into each pot. for lighting I am using a 250w HPS w/ a MH conversion bulb used during veg. For nutes I am using Fox Farm's Grow Big for veg and Tiger Bloom for flowering. I started with six White Widow seeds which all germinated, plus I germinated twelve bagseeds and nine of them popped, only six made it into pots due to lack of room. The six white widow seeds are in 1.5 gallon pots and the bagseeds are in .5 gallon pots. Like I said before we are at the beginning of week six and I started them on 12/12 two days ago. With twelve total plants under a 250w HPS I am pretty tight for space, so i want to get the males out of the picture as soon as possible, plus I am hard up for bud right now so I decided to start flowering. the tallest plant is about 1 1/2 ft and the rest of them are about a foot tall, everything looks healthy so far except for a few light spots on one of the WW plants. (see pics) which is only happening on one plant. what else? for vent i am using two honeywell turbo force fucking hurricane fans (that is the actual name) which are incredibly powerful and I got them on amazon for less than $25 shipped i would highly recommend these. I have one fan pointing straight at my HID bulb and it keeps my temp pegged at 80 under the hood. then I have the second fan circulating air out of the closet.

I wasn't planning on using anything else besides Grow Big for veg and Tiger Bloom for flower, but lately I have been reading up on molasses and I think I may start using it. I have some unsulphured molasses that my wife uses for baking, does anyone know if that will do the trick or do I have to buy blackstrap or agricultural molasses?

please enjoy the photos, and feel free to pick me apart!!

cheers,
