Withdrawals-CANT SLEEP-HELP!!
Soak in a hot tub/spa/Jaccuzi/hot bath for 10-20 minutes. Do this about 30 min before you want to sleep. I promise you will fall asleep. I have a Hotsprings Envoy hot tub that is great for pain and sleep.:hippy:
