I went through this about a year ago. You just have to roll with the punches. The worst I had it was about 10 days, maybe even longer, but then I was fine. It feels like hell but seriously, it goes away so don't worry about it. One day you will wake up in the morning and realize you slept and then you'll know you're fine. If you've been dealing with this for two weeks then you're probably very close to going back to your normal sleep routine.
