    Withdrawals-CANT SLEEP-HELP!!

    Hey All,
    Im laying off the THC for employment reasons, but now I cannot sleep. It seems like I can only get a few hours of sleep a night, if that. It sucks big-time and has been going on for a couple weeks now.

    Anyone have any tips for me to get to sleep other than just smoking again? I have been trying to wear myself completely out by exercising/playing sports/etc and nothing is helping.

    Please I need help quick so I can get caught up on some rest.....

    I went through this about a year ago. You just have to roll with the punches. The worst I had it was about 10 days, maybe even longer, but then I was fine. It feels like hell but seriously, it goes away so don't worry about it. One day you will wake up in the morning and realize you slept and then you'll know you're fine. If you've been dealing with this for two weeks then you're probably very close to going back to your normal sleep routine.

    take a couple shots or drink a glass of wine or something
    get crunk'd!!!

    or a tylenol PM, those knock my ass out when i cant sleep

    I agree, have a few beers on an empty stomach, then have dinner and have a tobacco bong rip and lay down, don't do any activities like playing on the computer, read a book or something that gets you sleepy a good hour or so before you wanna sleep. Dunno if I can talk about baccy but a bong rip of tobacco will really put you in the mood for sitting down. A really big one makes me feel like giving up on life.

    if you want try out melatonin, its the same effect of drinking warm milk which does help you fall asleep(it release some chemical that is used for sleeping) that should help, or if you itchin to get high, try some other shit, pain killers and DXM are always fun, and booz also, those will only show up on a drug test for 2-4 days.( the melatonin wont show at all)

    I'm going thru the same thing, 1 or 2 beer before bedtime should help. Beer is brewed with hops - a natural sleep aid.

    you should try a Valerian root supplament. It's a naturaly relaxing herb that is non addictive. you can get it at natural food stores. It works wonders for me. it's worth a try!
