I don't know if any of you smoke cigarettes, but I still do, and on a day of particularly heavy smoking (especially if coupled with a few good bong hits), I sometimes get shortness of breath. I find it affects me more when I lay down in one position for too long. I've tried quitting umpteen billion times, and am finally getting close to stopping for good... and I can already feel the difference in my chest at night when I'm in bed. I'd get that same tightness in certain areas of my chest, and at times, thought it may actually give me a panic attack. You've got to take care of your lungs if you want them to take care of you.

Optimo's and any other methods of consuming cannabis that involve tobacco isn't going to do good things to your lungs. Perhaps to your mind, but not your lungs. I've grown attached to alternative methods of consumption, like edibles, capsules, etc., and I'm actually beginning to feel my lungs start to heal from all the years of abuse that I've given them. It feels good to be able to breathe right before you go to sleep, and when you wake up in the mornings. Every morning that I wake up feeling better, I'm getting more incentive to lay off tobacco and find healthier ways to take my "medicine".
