I've got a piss test coming up for a job. I'm 5'10, 260LBs. My last two weed binges have been December 27th to the 30th, 2007 and then from Jan 13th to the 17th, 2008 (haven't smoked since). My test is Wednesday but I'm planning to push it back to Friday. I have a bottle of XXtra just in case. Since the test is possibly Friday, should I exercise vigorously for atleast Sunday and Monday then stop? What should I best do to clear my system, rely on the XXtra clean?

Go to walgreens and get two home tests. Tomorrow morning take the piss test to see where your at. As you probably already know, pee into the sample cup with your first piss of the day, because it's the dirtiest. If you pass, you are probably good to go. You don't want to be exercising at this point. You don't want to burn/metabolize fat.

The morning of your test, use your second test kit and again, test your first piss of the day to see if you're still passing. If so, go take your test. Make sure to piss mid stream during your real deal test. Drink a couple glasses of water before you go. Good luck (but you probably won't need it).

Oh, and by the way, those detox/cleanser drinks are a total hoax. Don't rely on them to save you. Throw it in the trash.

Yeah at this point the exercise probably isn't going to do much. I would pickup some metamucil though and use it.
Your money would probably of been better spent on some synthetic urine. Follow the dillution sticky the morning of the test,use gatorade instead of water. It would be handy to have a couple thc test strips to test yourself before the UA.

Killer, it's been over 30 days. Don't you think he's probably cool?

He's like me pretty heavy. That isn't always the deciding issue but its an issue just from the fact we have a lot more fat cells to store the thc in, so it takes longer to cycle through. He maybe OK but without testing yourself its not 100%.

Got a test from walgreens. Got two lines (negative) but the 2nd line is faint.

From what I understand the 2nd line is OFTEN faint. The rule of thumb is that if you can photocopy or take a picture of it and still see the second line, then it should be a negative (below the threshold level that is).

You're good. Just do the same at home test right before you do the real deal test just to be absolutely certain. And like I said, when doing the real test, piss mid stream. You sound like you're a lock. Congrats.
