That is not long enough. No way. I would read the sub sticky and start to practice immediately. Postpone the test if you can. You need at least a couple weeks. If you can go 7 days clean, get an at home test and see where you're at after 7.

As red said there is absolutely no way you can legitimately get clean in 3 days. Either sub like he said or possibly try the dillution method.. I would definetely go with the subbing method. And I think it goes without saying do not use a mask or detox drink.. Would be a waste of your money

I don't know if QuickFix is the best but they seem to be the ones staying on top of the heap so its the one most of us recommend.
And yeah I would really recommend synthetic in your case. At some point you may want to pickup some thc rest strips and test yourself for future reference to see how long it takes you to get clean.
