Thanks that really makes me feel better. In order to possibly shave off some time from my test should i start excersizing etc? Any tips? I play DDR for about an hour every week day and 3 hours on the weekend.. My weight goes up and down like crazy by 5 or so pounds in a day and even more when i excersize.

I know I shouldnt excersize at all and be pretty lazy 2 or so days before my test but yeah. Just any other information or tips to make myself get clean faster would be appreciated.

My friend said drinking pomegranite juice may help but I don't really trust anyone that I've talked to in person mostly just people on this board
