I tried replacing the adaptor...no luck. I'm trying to get new fans; I thoguht they were 80's, but they are too small. I guess they're 120's. 120's can be run with a 12V adaptor right? Thanks, LdyMarsRN
LdyMarsRN Reviewed by LdyMarsRN on . Do you think I blew my fans? Last night I was working in my grow box, and screwed up. I was plugging in a light and hit a chain at the same time. Poof! Everything blew. I reset the GFI switch, and the lights work, but the fans don't (2 80 CPU fans attached to a 12V adaptor. I tried a different plug, restripping the wires, and even a new adaptor....they still don't work. So, I guess I need to go buy new fans? Any ideas that maybe I haven't thought of?
