How harmful is one toke?

When i am in an environment where smoking is unwelcome i use my tube filled with dryer sheets, and they are really really ragged and resiny at this point.

I dunno about all that, those same people would have to say the same thing about putting anything other than air in their lungs. And I know quite a few religious folks who smoke nasty cigarettes... hell, I'm one of them. Those who vehemently label everyone as a "sinner" do just that, label EVERYONE as a sinner... besides themselves, of course.

Swice - Remember, there are other alternatives besides putting smoke or vapors in your lungs. Edibles have always been popular, and for good reason... when prepared right, they have the tendency to lay you on your ass for hours at a time! :jointsmile:

I don't smoke cigarettes, only weed. I usually smoke out of a bong, the occasional joint, and the once-in-a-blue-moon blunt.

I came down with a nasty cold the other day, stopped smoking (edibles rule!) and this is what came up from the bottom of my lungs, not more than 20 minutes ago! Had to pick it up out of the trash to take the pic...

So, this shows that smoking *ANYTHING* is bad. This ALSO shows that "marijuana tar" is way less harmful than "cigarette tar." How? Well I had no idea that I had that in my chest, and after just one day of not smoking, it came right up. I HIGHLY doubt cigarette tar comes out that quickly and easily.

If you don't want fucked up lungs, eat it or vape it.

I would say that one toke will be ABSOLUTELY harmless. I know people that smoke like freight trains and are in athletics.

If you smoke like 1 blunt every day your whole life and lead a decently healthy lifestyle with excercise and a somewhat decent diet you dont have much to worry about.

marijuana is a very dangerous drug its worse than heroin and cocaine and can be very very addicting , if you smoke a bowl it takes 50 years off your life so be carefull it can be scary , if you smoke more than a gram you can possibly overdose , due to brain damage the thc cauzes , so one toking session should almost kill you , please dont smoke you will die!!
