Thats why you dont hold hits in for to long or all that shit ends up in your lungs hold in your hits for 3-5 seconds then blow that smoke out. The bigger the cloud the less shit in your lungs.

does this mean that taking one realy dense hit is healthier than taking a small hit

on a serious note Tar is extremely toxically harmful, cannabis is not toxically harmful whatsoever, you would explode or dehydrate first, which is pretty much impossible :-)
