    Michael savage Rants against Islam

I don't agree with all of Savages issues, but this one. It is kind of scary what the Imams preach. Check out this vid.

Silence! I KILL YOU! (a muslim's voice at the end of the vid).

This is a good video. Unfortunately Michael Savage is just an entertainer, whose credibility is weak due to his past offensive behavior, which detracts from the occasional times when he does a rant that gets it right.

Trivia: Michael Alan Weiner, AKA Michael Savage, worked for Timothy Leary at his psychedelic compound at Millbrook.

Michael Savage flirts with prophetic genius when he nails a topic right. Unfortunately, getting reliable, gold nuggets of powerful information from Michael Savage is like bobbing for apples in a bowl of broken glass. I like what he has to say about radical Islam, more or less. Though he has a natural talent for making you go "...yeah...yeah!....Hell yeah!...you're totall righ--...wait, what the hell?"

This was a brilliant video. Savage seemingly gets way out of hand with his views and rhetoric, but when he's right, he's right.

It's hard for me to say that, considering I literally boil when I hear his views on what he calls the destructive power of marijuana. But I'm not willing to shut my ears just because I disagre with him. Regardless of how degenerate my recreational hobby seems to him.

I would recommend practicing an awareness for Agnosticism, despite its lack of acceptance by the hierarchy. People need to understand the alternatives to religion and more awareness on the approach religions would take on agnostics and atheists. It's a matter of maintaining our rights for reason and truth.

This is one of the most tragic misconceptions about religion: that it should be disregarded because of the troubles it causes.

I don't mean to personally clash with your views, but I find it takes a substantial amount of faith to not believe in a higher power of some sort. Given the profound complicity of how life exists and supports itself in an ocean of nothingness. Ironically, I think science is the best proof there is that religion has a "method to the madness", if you will.

But I'm just one guy. And I will say that while you might not believe in God, we must certainly see eye-to-eye on the savagery of human nature. I would conclude that most brutality in the name of God is done more-so in the defense of culture, rather than actually living out the doctrine of religion.

I would love to believe there is something bigger than me, an all knowing being watching out for us. I have thoughts, and questions that make it hard for me to believe in any of it. Here are just a few things I need to know?
There is no scientific evidence indicating that God exists. We all know that. For example:
â?¢ God has never left any physical evidence of his existence on earth.
â?¢ None of Jesus' "miracles" left any physical evidence either.
â?¢ God has never spoken to modern man, for example by taking over all the television stations and broadcasting a rational message to everyone.
â?¢ The resurrected Jesus has never appeared to anyone.
â?¢ The Bible we have is provably incorrect and is obviously the work of primitive men rather than God.
â?¢ When we analyze prayer with statistics, we find no evidence that God is "answering prayers."
â?¢ Huge, amazing atrocities like the Holocaust and AIDS occur without any response from God.
    â?¢ And so onâ?¦
Let's agree that there is no empirical evidence showing that God exists.
If you think about it as a rational person, this lack of evidence is startling. There is not one bit of empirical evidence indicating that today's "God", nor any other contemporary god, nor any god of the past, exists. In addition we know that:
    1. If we had scientific proof of God's existence, we would talk about the "science of God" rather than "faith in God".
    2. If we had scientific proof of God's existence, the study of God would be a scientific endeavor rather than a theological one.
    3. If we had scientific proof of God's existence, all religious people would be aligning on the God that had been scientifically proven to exist. Instead there are thousands of gods and religions.
The reason for this lack of evidence is easy for any unbiased observer to see. The reason why there is no empirical evidence for God is because God is imaginary

Wow, backed up with such researched "facts", too... maybe spend a little more time skimming that Bible next time you open it. Or don't, whatever... but Youtube doesn't make for the most credible/non-biased sources. :wtf:

There are plenty of reasons why God doesn't personally intervene in our lives, but if you want to take certain reasons, skew them, and devise your own interpretation of divinity, then by all means, no one is stopping you. But remember, you've proven nothing... other than your professed belief. Nothing more, nothing less. You're not swaying any theists beliefs with these verbose rants about atheism, so why do you try so hard? Are you angry that others don't need hard evidence to justify faith, but apparently you do?

But just because God is imaginary to you, doesn't mean He is to everyone else. He's VERY real to other people, and for people like you to try so desperately to shake their belief is really caustic (look it up), and this lame unoriginal argument has become really stale. Would it be impossible to keep these feelings to yourself? Or do you feel that it's necessary to try and upset others with this atheist tripe?

Good ol Savage, i agree with what he's saying on this one. Obviously it's a polemic, but some points he made are true and i know exactly which ones.
