Drug Test in approx. 4 days.. Assistance appreciated!

Hey guys,

I weight around 160lbs at around 8%BF and I have a very fast/high metabolism for that matter. I've been smoking regulary for about a year straight now, and smoke about 3g on average every 4-5 days.

I usually have about 2-3 hits a day - lately out of a pipe (usually at night before bed) and I have sustained from smoking for 8 days now since I found out about the medical examination.

I have the medical/urine test in about 4-5 days from now and I'm wondering how I can test negative.. I have no access to home test kits or any subs for that matter either.

Is it possible for me to test clear and what are some sure tips that could help me pass?

Help would be greatly appreciated... I've read into the dilution method and I'm a bit confused about it.

Basically, this is what I understood from the dilution method:

1. 12 hours before test; take two Panadol (asprin) in two intervals ( each 6 hours) - so total of four asprins.

2. 3 hours before the test; consume about 600ml (bottle) of gatorade (better substitute than water?), then the last/third hour, drink a glass of water or gatorade every 15 minutes (4 x)

3. 1-2 hours before test; take Vitamin B supps (more than recc. dosage)

Half hour later, do test?

Okay guys been reading into this a bit more;

Would this work for Dillution?

- I'll drink about 1.5 litres of Gatorade the morning before the initial test, take Vitamin B's and 4x panadol/asprin.

- I'll take my morning piss, and a few others a few hours before leaving for the test.

- For my UA I'll take store my piss midstream; so basically take a piss, get all the excess toxins when i first release and fill up about half way...


I'm actually reasonably active; I'm a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer and have been weight training regularly 4x a week for about 2.5 years now. I also eat relatively healthy; eat a lot of meat (tuna, chicken breast, lean red meat, kangaroo etc.) and drink green tea, take multivitamins and eat eggs and all that type of thing.

Also would the green tea and maybe metamucil help?

This is what I'll be using and have available:
- 3x 600ml bottles of Gatorade
- Vitamin B-12
- Aspirin

2-3 days before the initial U.I Test:
Eat a lot of red meat; kangaroo, steak etc. to keep Creatine levels high (they should be relatively high due to my muscle mass and eating and training regimes already).

Here is the procedure I'll undertake 'step by step' for my dilution:

Stage 1:
8-4 hours before test;
Consume 4 aspirins - down with a few glasses of water

Stage 2:
4 hours before test;
- Have a cup of green herbal tea and 8oz of gatorade
- An hour later, have another 8oz every 15 minutes for the next hour (4 intervals)
*All together; a total of 6 glasses (48oz) of liquids/gatorade (not inc. green tea)
- Take another 2 aspirins

Stage 3:
1-2 hours before test;
- Should be voiding diluted (white/colourless urine); visiting the toilet every 15-25 minutes or so.
- After drink another 5oz of gatorade for each visit to the toilet to replace the lost fluid and keep levels high.
- Take Vitamin B-12 (2 of them)
- *** maybe take another 2 aspirins (?)***

Stage 4:
90-60 minutes before test;
- Properly load upon Vitamin B-12 (consume about 7 or so)
- Another 4oz of Gatorade w/ a tbl spn of 'table salt'

Wait for examination...

Do you guys think this is a proper method, or are some things wrong and unecassary?

Here is the schedule that I used, my test was today, friday at 11.45am. Keep in mind that the day of my test was my 24th day without smoking. If you can, try and delay the date of the test. My excuse was I had no licence due to suspension and had no reliable transport (which was partly true, I got it back on monday). Also keep in mind that Panadol does not equal Asprin, they're completely different. You should go and get tested by a medical facility so that YOU know what your THC levels are before hand. Then if you want you could do a trial run with the dilution method to see if it works for you. I also took creatine supplements.

I'm not too physically active and a little overweight. You have your fitness going in your favour at least.

Thursday day Plenty of Red Meat
Thursday night 11:45pm â?? 4 Asprin
Friday morning 3:45am â?? 4 Asprin
7:45am â?? 4 Asprin PLUS 453.5ml of fluid PLUS twice the dosage of Vitamin B12
8:00am â?? 230ml fluid PLUS twice the dosage of Vitamin B12

I ended up pissing 3 times after 8:45am, the 4th time the urine was yellow which was good timing because that was my tested sample. I have yet to find out if that test passed or if it was too dilute. When I got home I tested myself with a home test kit and passed.

BTW good to see another aussie on here. For what it's worth, prime health group was the place that I got to do a personal test. That was on monday, and I read 66ng/ml (the required reading being 50ng/ml or less).

Check all the local pharmacies mate. All the ones I've been to have test kits.

FreshRoll, seems like you got it especially post number 4. The gatorade or sports drink is better than water because of the salts helping with specific gravity, metamucil can help (or other soluble fiber, my presonal favorite though), seems like you got the ounces to mls right, but its Vitamin B-2 not B-12 or you can use a B complex that has B-2 in it. Color really isn't that important except on instant tests.

Just letting you guys know the medical is now postponed for another 8 days (26/02/08)

That should make it around three weeks clean, and with help of strenuous exercise, eating and the dilution.

I myself have a really fast metabolism and have literally no BF (8%) too, which apparently helps contribute to the detoxification process, from what I've read.

Hopefully I pass, it's a really good job opportunity - out of state work for three months, good revenue and I really need this "break" to get my life in order again.
