Here is the schedule that I used, my test was today, friday at 11.45am. Keep in mind that the day of my test was my 24th day without smoking. If you can, try and delay the date of the test. My excuse was I had no licence due to suspension and had no reliable transport (which was partly true, I got it back on monday). Also keep in mind that Panadol does not equal Asprin, they're completely different. You should go and get tested by a medical facility so that YOU know what your THC levels are before hand. Then if you want you could do a trial run with the dilution method to see if it works for you. I also took creatine supplements.

I'm not too physically active and a little overweight. You have your fitness going in your favour at least.

I ended up pissing 3 times after 8:45am, the 4th time the urine was yellow which was good timing because that was my tested sample. I have yet to find out if that test passed or if it was too dilute. When I got home I tested myself with a home test kit and passed.

BTW good to see another aussie on here. For what it's worth, prime health group was the place that I got to do a personal test. That was on monday, and I read 66ng/ml (the required reading being 50ng/ml or less).
