This is what I'll be using and have available:
- 3x 600ml bottles of Gatorade
- Vitamin B-12
- Aspirin


2-3 days before the initial U.I Test:
Eat a lot of red meat; kangaroo, steak etc. to keep Creatine levels high (they should be relatively high due to my muscle mass and eating and training regimes already).

Here is the procedure I'll undertake 'step by step' for my dilution:

Stage 1:
8-4 hours before test;
Consume 4 aspirins - down with a few glasses of water

Stage 2:
4 hours before test;
- Have a cup of green herbal tea and 8oz of gatorade
- An hour later, have another 8oz every 15 minutes for the next hour (4 intervals)
*All together; a total of 6 glasses (48oz) of liquids/gatorade (not inc. green tea)
- Take another 2 aspirins

Stage 3:
1-2 hours before test;
- Should be voiding diluted (white/colourless urine); visiting the toilet every 15-25 minutes or so.
- After drink another 5oz of gatorade for each visit to the toilet to replace the lost fluid and keep levels high.
- Take Vitamin B-12 (2 of them)
- *** maybe take another 2 aspirins (?)***

Stage 4:
90-60 minutes before test;
- Properly load upon Vitamin B-12 (consume about 7 or so)
- Another 4oz of Gatorade w/ a tbl spn of 'table salt'

Wait for examination...

Do you guys think this is a proper method, or are some things wrong and unecassary?
