Basically, this is what I understood from the dilution method:

1. 12 hours before test; take two Panadol (asprin) in two intervals ( each 6 hours) - so total of four asprins.

2. 3 hours before the test; consume about 600ml (bottle) of gatorade (better substitute than water?), then the last/third hour, drink a glass of water or gatorade every 15 minutes (4 x)

3. 1-2 hours before test; take Vitamin B supps (more than recc. dosage)

Half hour later, do test?
