humidity builds up, and the action of the little bubbles bursting at the top from the air pump splashes and raises humidity, also theres such thing as air roots, and water roots... your water level should be about 1-2" below the bottom of the netpot
Illusion Reviewed by Illusion on . quick question i have searched alot but i cannot find what dwc stands for. im just guessing but i think it is a bubbler system where the water splashes up to the roots then the roots eventually hit the water and soak up the o2 and nutes from there is that correct? also in this system do you ever have to hand water, or do you ever have to pour water onto the top surface of the growing medium? sorry for the newb question but i couldn't find the deffinition anywhere. you can delete this after but i Rating: 5
