on the hydro kit you can make yourself with a good drill and some good silicone and afew parts for about 25-35 depending on pump price, and alittle know how. theres alot of info here on diys if you feel comfortable
if you want a hydro setup i would recommend using a hydro fert
if i do dwc will the mylar be a problem? yea, i know you could make one of those buckets pretty easily but that setup comes with the:
