If I saw a 92 civic and it had no oil in it to begin with, that would lead me to believe that the previous owner did not take care of it (especially when it's in this state upon delivery to you). Forget about it and but a 300zx turbo. then you have something to tear shit up with and it might have some oil in the crankcase.
