Probably speed 1 or 2 should be fine, you don't wanna give your plants wind burn...

depends on what your temps are.............go for what the plant wants and needs...if it looks like its getting too hot, put that sucker on high

You can use a computer fan as a way to suck in fresh air, for example if you cut a hole in the side of your growbox and mount a fan. I believe that is called a "passive intake."

But that will not be sufficient. You'll want something like a 6" desk fan in there for good air circulation.

yeah i got a 8" fan in the bottom side my cabinet i cut a perfect hole in the side and it fits perfect in it and it doesnt move one bit. so it sucks in the air from my room and then i got a 8" fan on top my box thats perfectly fit in a hole i cut out and it sucks the hot air out is this ok...

That sounds like it should work good.I actually have a 8''fan in the bottem right side of my cab also that I cut a hole into that acts as a passive intake. At the top of the other side I have another hole cut out where I put pvc tubing in,and this acts like a vent to throw out any hot/old air that is in the cab.It works pretty good as you can feel alot of air movement comming out the vent hole. Then again I have a small cab.How are the temps.with lights on?
