Don't worry about having too much light with CFLs. They're not that bright and don't put off much heat, the seedlings should be fine.

With that being said this what my set up is. I am copying the rubbermaid box set up. All CFLs, I have 2 red 2 blue and the one in the middle of the light spectrum. I started my seeds in a shot glass. This morrning at 4:00 am I put the seeds in some soil in a plastic cup. I just want to make shure that i dont have to much light right now. The lights that Rating: 5
