Is there anything you can do to cancel out the effects of smoking?
Is there anything one can do to "cancel" or minimize the effects of smoking? I've heard that drinking Green Tea can really help out, but I'm not sure exactly how it helps or if there's anything else one can do.

Cardiovascular exercise clears the lungs right out.

(1) Get a vaporizer!
(2) Toke only the best you can afford/grow, so you use less.
(3) Stay active.
(4) Drink plenty of healthful liquids. (not sodas)
(5) Take your vitamins- especially natural vitamin E. The navy ordered their submariners to take it to help with living under low oxygen conditions. (My dad was one of them- he took it for the rest of his life!)

You mean like sober up? Coffee really does it for me combined with "acting sober" which I think everyone should do in polite society. Same with people who drink, I can get totally shit faced and talk correctly. Most that happens is I revert to basic speech mode. 3 word sentences and such that are just the gist of what I mean to say.
Edit: oops, that was irrelivent, just be physically active on a regular basis, get stoned and weight train or run, swim, really work the lungs, and only blaze so often. Shoot, give a few weeks to getting in shape and when you toke you'll be higher than ever for longer.
